HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
First of all there is the preparation time within our premises, it takes a maximum of 24 hours for your order to be ready for dispatch.
Then for the delivery time, it all depends on the carrier chosen:
- Mondial Relay , approximately 3 working days in France and 5 working days for the other countries offered.
- Colissimo France 48 hours, for other countries approximately 3 to 8 days (indicative time, excluding customs processing).
In all cases, you receive the tracking number to follow the progress of the delivery live.
WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS OFFERED?
When you pay on our site, you can choose the payment method that suits you best: Bank Card, Paypal or Apple Pay.
CAN I EXCHANGE/RETURN AN ITEM THAT IS NOT FIT?
In fact, you can return an item to us that does not suit you. To do this, simply make a return request via our contact form within 3 days maximum of receipt of your order.
